The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Usually 2-4 days (subject to clearance of payment this may take longer)

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. Australian orders are most commonly shipped utilising Australia Post or DHL. USA orders are most commonly shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. Worldwide orders will utilise the best available standard shipping service provider at the time of your order / product shipment date. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 14 – 21 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Delays in shipment are unfortunately out of our control due to third party logistics carrier involvement. Tracking detail will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. Delivery outside of Australia and USA usually takes about 21-30 business days.
• Expedited (non-standard / express) delivery is available at an extra cost on some items - please contact our customer service team to arrange a quotation prior to order if needed.
